ter aulas com C\u00e1tia Manuel e em 2008 com Miguel Homem, professor com quem iniciou igualmente o estudo de Ved\u0101nta.<\/p><p>Em 2010 termina o primeiro m\u00f3dulo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o com Pedro Kupfer, sendo que come\u00e7a ademais a dar aulas de Yoga regularmente a partir de 2011 na Eslov\u00e9nia, onde residiu durante aproximadamente 4 anos.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o regresso a Portugal, desta vez, rumo ao Algarve\u00a0onde vive atualmente, decide reiniciar o estudo de Ved\u0101nta e ter aulas de canto v\u00e9dico com o professor Paulo Vieira, concluindo igualmente o m\u00f3dulo II de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de instrutores de Yoga com o Pedro Kupfer em 2019.<\/p><p>Considera-se uma eterna estudante e praticante, procurando no seu dia-a-dia e a cada momento, viver o ensinamento que os
