Ritto<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"qodef-m-title\" style=\"color: #415962\">Sobre mim<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"qodef-m-text\" style=\"margin-top: 13px;color: #818181\">Curiosa por natureza, inspirada pela arte e pela criatividade, encontrei no Yoga e no Canto V\u00e9dico um espa\u00e7o interno de contempla\u00e7\u00e3o e de devo\u00e7\u00e3o. \n\nIniciei o percurso dentro do Yoga em 2005.\n\nEm 2007, come\u00e7o a ter aulas com C\u00e1tia Manuel e em 2008 com Miguel Homem, professor com quem iniciei igualmente o estudo de Ved\u0101nta.\n\nEm 2010 terminei o primeiro m\u00f3dulo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o com o Pedro Kupfer, sendo que come\u00e7o a dar aulas de Yoga regularmente a partir de 2011 na Eslov\u00e9nia, onde residi durante aproximadamente 4 anos.\n\nAp\u00f3s o regresso a Portugal, desta vez, rumo ao Algarve onde vivo atualmente, continuei o estudo de Ved\u0101nta e a ter aulas de preces tradicionais indianas e, mais tarde, de canto v\u00e9dico com o professor Paulo Abreu Vieira, concluindo igualmente o m\u00f3dulo II de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de instrutores de Yoga com o Pedro Kupfer em 2019.\n\nDou aulas de Yoga e de preces tradicionais indianas regularmente de modo presencial e online e colaboro com o Centro Arshavidya com aulas online a alunos do Centro e tamb\u00e9m em retiros.\n\nContinuo o estudo regular de s\u00e2nscrito e de Ved\u0101nta com o Professor Paulo Vieira que  tem sido uma inspira\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua no desenvolvimento deste percurso.\n\nAprendo e estudo, desde h\u00e1 dois anos para c\u00e1, dhrup\u0101da com o Professor Ricardo Passos.\n\nEm complemento com o dhrup\u0101da, em 2025 comecei a aprofundar a pr\u00e1tica de N\u0101da Yoga e de Canto Carn\u00e1tico.\n\nTodo este percurso tem sido um regresso a casa e acredito que todas estas pr\u00e1ticas e disciplinas convirjam nessa arte e forma de viver que nos liga ao Todo que j\u00e1 somos.\n\nSinta-se em casa e at\u00e9 \u0100\u1e5b\u1e63a Vidy\u0101 Gurukulam, localizado nas montanhas perto de Anaikatti, \u00cdndia que  incluiu o estudo de Upani\u1e63ads, Bhagavadg\u012bt\u0101, Brahma-s\u016btra e Canto V\u00e9dico.
